Two special assignments completed for two TOP employers

Last year, our headhunters at Kontrast Personalberatung GmbH filled two vacancies for a nursing service manager for elderly care in senior residences. The clients were a private sponsor and a municipal company.

The second contract with the municipal company was special for us. The successor for the position of head of nursing services was also to be responsible for several locations and help shape their reorientation. Thus, in addition to professional competences, management skills were also in demand from the applicants.

Through active sourcing and our internal candidate pool, we were able to quickly present the first candidates to the client. This enabled both clients to quickly fill the vacancies with candidates who matched the requirements.

Nursing directorate of a large hospital refilled

This assignment for us at Kontrast Personalberatung GmbH was about the position of a nursing director in a large hospital in Bavaria. The situation of this assignment was also unusual, as the position was to be accompanied by a complete turnaround of the hospital.

Thus, the demands on the candidates in this case also went far beyond professional understanding. The new manager also had to understand the field of nursing and have the competence to help shape change management.

For this reason, we developed a selection procedure in the form of an assessment centre together with the large hospital in order to be able to identify the best-fit candidate.
