Head of Hospital Construction Wanted

A leading University Hospital in Germany with over 5,000 employees is currently looking for a Head of Construction Projects for the Hospital Construction Division to expand and further develop the building infrastructure.

Together with the divisional management, this person will monitor, manage and review construction projects, contributing to innovative solutions and sustainable construction projects. These include new buildings for research, laboratories and medicine, as well as extensions and refurbishments of existing buildings.

Management and Project Management

Specifically, he or she will support the strategic planning and execution of construction projects and manage and monitor project progress. The manager will work closely and on an equal footing with the division management. In addition, the manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and technical standards, and will conduct contract award and follow-up negotiations.
