Biomass, Biogas and Negative Emissions Projects

For almost two decades, the non-profit climate protection company has been developing renewable energies with biomass, biogas and negative emissions projects, which it builds up with its own subsidiaries and partner companies. Its main business is carbon offsetting. The company acts as an interface between NGOs and business.

The new head of the company will focus on projects in the Global South, especially in Africa.

Head of Renewable Energy Project Development & Management

The Head of Division will be responsible for the management and further development of the portfolio of climate change projects in the areas of biomass, biogas plants and negative emission technologies and will be responsible for the strategic planning, management and control of project activities.

The Head will also be responsible for leading and developing the interdisciplinary team, be accountable for budget, quality and project progress, and represent the company on national and international platforms.

Experienced Environmental & Engineering Graduates Wanted

For this challenging and varied role, we are looking for candidates with a degree in environmental science or industrial engineering, ideally with a specialisation in renewable energy. Interested candidates should also have several years of experience in managing relevant projects and a large international network.
