Successful Recertification
Kontrast Personalberatung GmbH has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2013 and we have standardized our processes in headhunting, as a HR consultancy and for selection procedures at a high level. This year, we were successfully recertified in accordance with the current DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The auditor particularly praised the high level of customer orientation practiced by all employees.
High Level due to Ongoing Adjustments
The high standard of our quality management manuals, organizational manuals, process descriptions, guidelines and checklists was also particularly noticeable. We achieve this by ensuring that the QM documents are actively used by the team on a day-to-day basis - including regular updates and changes. A further positive effect is that we work flexibly and dynamically, always adapting to current developments on the market.

At the same time, our team is able to respond to the individual needs of each client while maintaining the same level of service on the basis of quality management. We differentiate between companies and employers from the public sector as clients who commission us with recruitment on the one hand, and candidates as another client group on the other. Our aim is always to find the best solutions for the future for both sides.
